General Introduction & Applicability of Terms
This document forms a legally binding agreement between ez77 and its users. ez77 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various casino games, sports betting, and entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.
The following terms apply to the ez77 website, mobile application, and any related digital services. By accessing, registering on, or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.
2.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a violation of these Terms, and all accounts may be closed along with any deposited funds being forfeited.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to your information must be reported to ez77 immediately. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of this agreement.
2.4 Persons Not Eligible
The following persons may not use ez77:
- Any person under the age of 21
- Employees, directors of ez77, or members of their immediate family
- Persons whose accounts have previously been closed
- Persons who have voluntarily requested self-exclusion
- Any agent, intermediary, or third party placing bets on behalf of another person rather than themselves
Account Security & Personal Information
The responsibility for ensuring the security of your ez77 account rests primarily with you. Your login credentials, password, and other security details must be kept strictly confidential.
3.1 Responsibility for Account Protection
- Never share your password with anyone
- Log out of your account after each session
- Do not use the "Remember Password" option on shared or public devices
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately
3.2 Liability for Unauthorized Access
ez77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by ez77's own fault. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
3.3 KYC Verification
ez77 may conduct identity verification procedures at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on ez77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We use secure and convenient payment methods.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)
- Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming purposes
- Deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
- Deposit processing is generally instant, but in some cases there may be delays due to banking processes
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal time: within 10 to 45 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
- To withdraw from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
ez77 reserves the right to refuse to process suspicious or unusual transactions and to demand additional verification if necessary. If there is any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity, the account may be suspended immediately.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ez77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its new and regular members. Please read the terms below carefully before accepting these bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The ez77 welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳24,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and terms, which are clearly stated with the bonus offer
- It is not mandatory to exhaust the deposit balance before using a bonus, but bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
- ez77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice
- A user may decline a bonus — in this case, the support team must be informed
Gaming Activities & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Game Operations

- In the case of an obvious pricing error, ez77 reserves the right to cancel those bets
Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension
To maintain the security and integrity of the ez77 platform, the activities described below are strictly prohibited.
7.1 List of Prohibited Activities
- Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's information
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to operate games
- Collusion or improper coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or credentials
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform
- Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users
7.2 Account Suspension and Closure Process
For any of the above violations, ez77 may take the following actions:
- Temporarily suspending the account and conducting an investigation
- Permanently closing the account
- Confiscating bonuses and winnings obtained illegally
- Notifying the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability
ez77 strives to ensure 24/7 service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. ez77 is not obligated to provide compensation for such interruptions.
Amendments & Termination
11.1 Right to Amend Terms
ez77 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. Users will be given advance notice of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
11.2 Termination of Agreement
The user may terminate this agreement at any time by closing their account. In such cases, any applicable deposit balance remaining in the account will be returned (excluding bonus balance where wagering requirements have not been met).
ez77 may also terminate this agreement at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of these terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Even after account closure, the clauses relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability will continue to apply.
